An Account Manager can assist you in designing your workplace wellness
program, and will coordinate the delivery of wellness services. Some of

Online Services
Where appropriate,
your employees will be given access to online tools and the weekly Wellness
Tips email service to help support them in their wellness efforts. The LifeWork Strategies
website has a library of articles on a wide range of wellness topics.
Utilization and Health Data
With confidentiality
being the highest priority, LifeWork Strategies communicates program utilization to
the employer on a quarterly basis using demographic data only. Following
screenings, We provide a summary of the results to help you further
shape your health programs and administer incentive programs.
Employee Feedback
Following the implementation
of your wellness program, and after each wellness seminar, LifeWork Strategies will
solicit staff feedback as a way of assessing access to, communication of,
and quality of services delivered. We also want to evaluate the influence
the services have on motivating employees to pursue healthier lifestyles.
