yet we a range of ancillary services to enhance EAP and meet our customers'
changing needs. As an organizational member of the Employee Assistance
Professional Association (EAPA), our services are founded in the principles
of the EAPA core technology and code of ethics

- Direct referral to network EAP counselors

- Up to six (6) sessions of individual assessment, short-term counseling, referral to appropriate community resources as needed, and follow up to ensure satisfaction with assistance received, per problem per family member, per year
- Clinical staff to serve immediate same-day appointments

- HR & Management consultation regarding "troubled employees" to assist supervisors in the process of making referrals to the EAP
